At She Hit Pause, we print and frame on demand and all orders are considered custom orders. Accordingly, She Hit Pause does not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for orders. We are unable to make any changes to the order, 24 hours after it was placed. If you believe you have made a mistake within your order please contact us immediately at info@shehitpause.com
On rare occasions, one or more of your items may be damaged in transit. If this is the case please send detailed photos of the packaging and product to info@shehitpause.com
In cases of damage to products, She Hit Pause may elect to restore or replace the damaged product. It is She Hit Pause's sole discretion following a review of the photos submitted. If requesting a "Damage Review" you expressly acknowledge and agree to the following 1) photos of damaged area of print or frame. Product must not have been hung and the product(s) must be clearly visible and submitted in .jpeg or .png format; 2) Photos of damage must be received by She Hit Pause no fewer than 72 hours following the indicated delivery date of the applicable order by the shipping provider for delivering the order; 3) Photos of the damage must be taken immediately following the receipt of the product, placed or otherwise installed prior to photos of the damage being taken; 4) A damage review requires 7-14 days to complete and She Hit Pause may elect to replace or repair the item in its sole discretion; 5) The delivery of a replacement product, if any, will be subject to then existing manufacturing capacity, and you may be responsible for payment of return shipping in the event the She Hit Pause elects to repair or replace the product.
