Refund policy

What is your return policy?

Each artwork is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@shehitpause.com and include photographs of the artwork and packaging. We will work with you to arrange a replacement, remake, or refund when appropriate.

Orders may only be cancelled before production has begun. Once an artwork has entered production, it cannot be cancelled.

If a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
