 How is my order shipped?

All prints are shipped inside a special fortified tube to guard against bending or damage. Framed prints are shipped in a double-walled cardboard box and bubble-wrapped for added protection. If your order is less than $1000, the package will not require a signature. If your item is over $1000, your package WILL require a signature.  She Hit Pause is not responsible for any packages that have not been signed for upon delivery.

What is a limited edition?

An edition is a limited run of a specific piece of artwork. For example, an edition of 10 means that only 10 image of that work/size will be printed - ever. If you own edition 2/10, then you own the second editioned piece of that print run. Once an edition is closed, no further prints will be made of it at that size.

How are your prints made?

She Hit Pause’s  limited edition prints are printed to the highest industry quality by a fine art printer using fully archival Epson inkjet pigments on acid-free, matte, cotton rag paper.  All pieces are fully archival and use all-natural materials. All 16x20-24x36 inch works are printed with a 1-inch white border to allow for framing and to give the image room to breathe.  3x4 feet - 4x5 feet images are printed with a 2-inch white border. It is in this border that the image is hand-signed and numbered by Matt Schwartz.

How are your frames made? Do you use glass or acrylic?

All frames are hand-built out of wood by our professional framer. 16x20 inch and 18x24 inch frames have UV glass, and 24x36 inch, 3x4 feet, and 4x5 feet have Plexiglass fronts to prevent against breakage and offer UV protection.

How Do I Install My Artwork?

All frames come ready to hang with a hanging wire across the back of the frame. We suggest using 2-3 heavy-duty nails that are approved for the weight of your frame and distributing the weight of the frame evenly across the wire.
